About Elena Tudela Dance School
Elena Tudela is amongst the best dance schools in Alicante and Valencia and, after specialising in Classical Dance and Spanish Dance, became member of the Spanish Ballet of Valencia. For many years the hands of teachers as Goyo Vargas and Martin Montes led them from one triumph to another at numerous galas conducted throughout the Spanish territory.
Although all disciplines of dance are possible, certainly the Spanish-Classical is the most favourite. Her great passion for dance and constant innovation in terms of dance steps and high level of training enabled Elena Tudela to successfully open her own school in 1996, called the Centre de Dansa Muro, located in Muro de Alcoy in the county of Alcoià-Comtat, birthplace of the festival of Moors and Christians, unquestionable part of the regional folk dance.
Along with the school Elena Tudela created its own ballet group, El Ballet Elena Tudela, made up of professional dancers and outstanding students from their own school, which created some spectacular choreography filled with rhythm and colour.
Soon Elena Tudela emerged as a major choreographer taking their shows throughout the Comunidad Valenciana and participating in numerous competitions and galas as the

Ballet Elena Tudela is actively involved since its inception in 1996 in countless Moors and Christians Festivals for different locations throughout the Valencian Comunity: Alcoy, Cocentaina, Muro, l'Olleria, Altea, Benidorm, Onteniente, Orihuela, El Campello, Sagunto, Villanueva de Castellon and Ibi.
Elena Tudela always succeeds to translate her choreography into the essence of festive music compositions creating spectacular and colourful dances for the Moors and Christians Festivals.
The dances of Elena Tudela accomplish that ballet is not just an addition to the parades of Moors and Christians. Instead it transfers the whole parade into a stage where dance in its purest form reaches the general public.
